Program Description

Marianne Williamson for DNC Chair (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). By opting into or participating in the Program, you accept these Terms. The Program allows users to receive mobile messages regarding our activities, including advocacy programs, campaigns, fundraising solicitations, and related updates.

User Opt-In

By opting into the Program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing mobile messages at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive these messages is not required as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

User Opt-Out

If you wish to stop receiving messages, you can opt out by replying with any of the following keywords: “STOP,” “QUIT,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “STOP ALL.” You may receive a final confirmation message to confirm your opt-out. Any other methods of opting out, such as verbal requests or non-specified text responses, are not considered valid.

Cost and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring mobile messages, and you may receive up to 15 messages per week.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. We are not responsible for delays or failures in the receipt of messages caused by carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery of mobile messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside of our control.

Age Restriction

You may not use or engage with the Program if you are under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are between the ages of thirteen (13) and eighteen (18), you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to participate.

Duty to Notify

If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, you agree to complete the opt-out process described above before discontinuing use of the number. Failure to do so may result in your responsibility for charges and fees incurred by others who are assigned that number.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
